Onigura

Onigura is 300m high and 500m wide steep and gigantic rock mountain. A falktail says that a Tengu (an imaginary man with tall red nose who is very familiar with nature and well-trained, and lives in a secret area of mountain or valley) smith had lived on the top of the mountain. The fact that the rock contains much iron and that there actually are ruins of a house of smith makes the falktail being more likely. The place is also said that many Shugenja (trained practitioner of Shugen-do which is a Japanese religious tradition combining folk beliefs with indigenous Shinto and Buddhism) had trained themselves.
